This large, late 19th century horn drinking cup from Spain features sgrafitto carving over nearly every inch. The iconography includes the Three Crosses of Calvary, a young child, a monstrance and a mother together with multiple panels of geometrically carved patterns. Both ends trimmed in leather and the bottom capped and sealed in cork. Andalusia - Circa 1860 - 1880.
Dimensions: approximately 10.75 inches long.
Condition: excellent -- completely original.
