This rare 19th century retablo, rich with color and character, represents 'Our Lady of Atocha', together with the infant 'Nino de Atocha'. Our Lady of Atocha is the patroness saint of miners -- still venerated today at Plateros in the state of Zacatecas. Circa 1870 - 1880.
Dimensions: 14 inches vertical x 10 inches horizontal.
