A rare late 19th century majolica 'mancerina' (chocolate saucer) made by the Montiel family studio in Antigua, Guatemala, circa 1890 - 1900. A mancerina, for those unfamiliar, is a type of plate with a ring loop in the center, which was used to hold a glass cup or gourd that held chocolate.
Dimensions: 8.25 inches diameter.
