Price: $ 950.00
This early 29th century ex-voo painting is dedicated to Our Lady of Talpa - the VIrgin shown in upper right. Although we no longer have a written narrative to corroborate the events that took place, its fairly safe to assume that there was an accident that involved workers on the scaffolding. Our Lady of Talpa was called upon to intercede - she obliged, and this retablo painting was dedicated in her name and honor. Circa 1940's.
Dimensions: 14 inches horizontal x 10 inches vertical.
Condition: lacking narrative. Otherwise excellent.
