A superb 18th century Spanish colonial cedar-wood side table with a molded top over a deeply carved drawer and carved pilasters, all raised on turned legs and a stretcher base. The iconography on the front drawer includes acanthus leaves flanked by a pair of botanical urns. The side and back panels are chip carved in the Mudejar style with a similar repeating pattern delineated around the apron. Peru. Circa 1750
