A large and impressive late Baroque / early Neoclassical period wardrobe. Original ebonized and molded cornice above two doors and two drawers, all raised on bun feet. Both doors with elaborate fruitwood inlay, large incised strap hinges and the original locking mechanism, a beautiful work of art in itself. Germany. Circa 1780 - 1820.
Dimensions: 78 inches wide; 27 1/4 inches deep; 90 inches high.
Condition: in overall excellent condition. Sturdy. Original.
