Description

A 19th century Peruvian silver mounted wine horn with hand chased and hand raised foliate motifs and geometric designs. The end cap with a standing eagle and the stopper surmounted by a mermaid playing mandolin. Inscribed: 'Agua o vino Cusco para Tomar'. Raised on a high quality custom made stand.

Dimensions: horn measures 12.5 inches long x 7.5 inches high. Overall height on display stand is 12 inches.
