Amado Galvan Burnished Pitcher - #5800

A rare early 20th century burnished Tonala pitcher with animals and foliate motifs over a cream colored slip. The underside bears the signature of 'Amado Galvan,' one of Tonala's great pottery masters - circa 1930's.

Dimensions: 8 inches high.

Condition is excellent.
