A 19th century "Alma de Maria" or "Soul of Mary" retablo painting on heavy gauge tin. In this classic image Mary wears a colorful garland of flowers which is surrounded by a radiating aura of light, stars and a deep turquoise blue background. In the foreground, the "Espiritu Santo" is represented in the form of a beautiful white dove.
Dimensions are 14" x 10."
Condition: excellent with only very minor paint loss.
